2008年5月16日上午,全国妇联宣传部副部长张小媛、中华慈善总会副秘书长韩京津、中国红十字总会应急办主任王平做客中国网“中国访谈”，畅谈大家关注的全国抗震救灾捐款话题。以下为访谈实录。
[中国网]:就目前的情况看，不仅捐款非常踊跃，中国的网民也是非常的踊跃，在网上已经开始有很多的网友发动了网络寻亲，或者是网络联盟这样的活动。发动全国各地的人民去寻找亲人，或者是用更多的方式去帮助他们。的确非常感动我们，大家的心都是连在一起的。那么在节目结束的时候，三位还有什么话想对我们网友说呢？
[韩京津]:中华慈善总会是一个全国性的慈善机构，我们成立的时间不长，是1994年成立的，但是在94年以后在历次大灾面前，我们全体工作人员都是尽最大的努力帮助灾区，帮助所有受灾难的人民。我希望，大家相信我们，我们会把你们捐赠的每一分钱都用在你们想用的地方，为救助那里的老百姓，为救助那里所有的儿童、老人，把你们的钱用好。
