How to use it?

Step 1. Export the spam samples from your mailbox and upload them. Do not refresh the webpage.

Step 2. Fill up the form, then submit. We will reply to the notify mailbox as soon as possible.

How to export the spam samples?

Webmail: Select email, then click

Export on the tools menu.

Foxmail: Select email, then right click on

Export Mails.

Why do the files upload failed?

style="text-indent: 4em;">1. The file format is not *.eml. We accept this format only.

style="text-indent: 4em;">2. The spam is not received or sent by the servers of NetEase Enterprise Email.

3. Maximum file size exceeds 50 MB.

4. You have uploaded up more than 20 files.
